TELUS is a leading telecommunications company in Canada that provides a wide range of communications products and services including data, Internet protocol, voice, entertainment and video.
TELUS was looking for a more efficient way to plan and execute their in-store merchandising campaigns and to communicate the instructions to the thousands of TELUS outlets across Canada. TELUS also needed a solution to customize each store and generate accurate printing and shipping lists in order to reduce waste and save money.
Working closely with the TELUS team, JRX designed and built a web-based system to serve the needs of thousands of users engaged in a diverse array of roles. The process included an interface between the existing TELUS sales management system and the new online application to exchange data.
The shortened campaign planning time allows TELUS merchandising team to respond quickly to the competition's offering. TELUS stores are now in better compliance with the campaign goals thanks to the clear store visualization guidelines. TELUS realizes cost savings on printing and warehousing and lessens the impact of waste material on the environment.
